John Davis

John Davis is a former supermarket cashier, farm hand, and teacher’s aide currently working full-time as an early childhood educator. He is passionate about writing. His stories explore dark and confronting themes, pulling back the curtain on polite society and revealing the darkness that often lurks beyond. He seeks to challenge assumptions, upend traditions, and push boundaries. His first published short story, “Dreams of You,” appeared in Australian speculative fiction magazine Aurealis. His stories have since appeared in AntipodeanSF, Easton Tales, and Horrific Scribes.
